Establish a positive thinking routine with the AIT fulfillment picture. Positive thoughts help you feel better, and according to the law of attraction, they attract positive experiences.
Hang the projective AIT fulfillment picture in a place you pass frequently. Each time you notice the image, perform the fulfillment projection. Reverse your negative thought and formulate the corresponding positive thought. For example, turn the negative thought “The world is against me” into “The universe supports me.”
Repeat this until it becomes a habit to reverse negative thoughts and formulate positive ones.
