Establish a getting-out-of-bed routine with the AIT fulfilment picture.
Hang the AIT fulfilment picture. in a place you pass frequently. Each time you notice the image, perform the fulfillment projection. Imagine the boy (your inner child) standing up, making his bed, and going outside into the sunlight.
Repeat this exercise until it becomes easier for you to evoke a sense of joy in life—and then get up, go outside, and do something.
