The AIT Deck
22 Archetypal Images for Inner Balance, Self-efficacy, and Wellness
The AIT deck is a visual tool for balancing psychological imbalances such as depression, anxiety, or anger.
Each card illustrates the positive expression of a faculty of consciousness, such as thinking, remembering, or imagining. We can use these faculties of consciousness constructively or unconstructively, which gives rise to positive or negative states of consciousness, which, in turn, attract positive or negative experiences.
The archetypal and symbolic compositions of the AIT images have a strong suggestive image (deep resonance), which harmonizes the subconscious mind. This helps restore psychological balance.
When you purchase the AIT deck, you will get:
- 22 archetypal image cards with authentic archetypal symbolism
- An eco-friendly box
- The AIT deck guidebook in ePub format
The content of the guidebook:
- An introduction to the Archetypal Image Therapy
- The four levels of human expression and the difference between emotions and feelings
- The titles and core meanings of the AIT cards

Fulfillment Pictures
Fulfillment pictures are a psychological insider tip.
To truly appreciate fulfillment pictures, you need to understand the value of routines. Routines are psychological lifesavers. They act like flywheels. Once they’re up and running, they require little energy to keep turning. For example, if you establish a five-minute morning stretching routine, you won’t have to force yourself to do it anymore — your body will do it automatically. If you skipped your stretching routine, your body would even complain.

Fulfillment pictures help to establish psychological routines. Take the fulfillment picture of a stern girl as an example. In your mind, make the girl smile. Once you’ve done this a few times for the girl in the image, you can do it for yourself. This establishes the ability to feel happy and smile by an act of will.
This works because the brain often conflates imagination and experience. Experiments have shown that people who do something good for someone else feel just as happy as those who are at the receiving end of a good deed. Witnesses to a good deed feel as happy, too.
But there are other advantages. When you complete a fulfillment picture, you will have a sense of accomplishment. This activates the reward hormone serotonin. Serotonin boosts self-efficacy, which leads to self-confidence. This, in turn, increases your resilience to adversity. Everything is easier with a smile.
Projective imagination isn’t new. But so far, it has been used in psychoanalysis to bring unconscious structures to the surface. AIT innovates projective imagination by taking it to the field of therapy with the help of fulfillment pictures.
Here’s how to work with fulfillment pictures: Hang the corresponding AIT fulfillment pictures in a place that you frequently pass. Each time you notice the image, perform the fulfillment projection. This establishes the desired routine. After you have done this a few times with the child in the image, you can do it for yourself.
Note: Working with fulfillment pictures can feel a little uncomfortable at first, as some of them depict unwanted situations. However, fulfillment pictures train you to accept unwanted situations, distance yourself emotionally, and respond constructively. After working with fulfillment pictures for a while, you will be able to distance yourself emotionally from real-life adversities, too, and deal with them constructively. It may help to imagine helping the child in the fulfillment picture. Sometimes it’s easier for us to help others than ourselves. When you’re ready, identify with the child in the fulfillment picture and practice the desired fulfillment. Then apply this newly learned routine to your own life. If you don’t yet feel ready to work with fulfillment picture, use AIT cards first (see above). These show positive states of consciousness and may inspire you.
We have fulfillment pictures for attention, the courage to experience, smiling and being happy, getting out of bed, paying attention, reaching out, and making decisions.
If you need a fulfillment picture that you cannot find here, let us know, and we will design one for you.

Why do girls and boys appear in the fulfillment pictures?
The girls and boys represent your inner child. Most psychological challenges stem from childhood trauma. Healing your inner child is an effective way to achieve self-efficacy, resilience, and wellness.
How do fulfillment pictures work?
Fulfillment pictures depict an unfulfilled state. Through imaginary projection, you achieve a desired action. The brain adopts this imagination as an experience and anchors it as a psychological routine.
Isn’t that simply positive thinking or autosuggestion?
Fulfillment pictures go beyond positive thinking. The work is not about convincing yourself of something, but about repeatedly performing an inner action until it becomes a routine.
Why should I work with a picture instead of myself?
For many people, it is easier to effect an inner change through an external image. The image serves as an intermediate prop until the establishment of the respective faculty of consciousness. Fulfillment pictures catalyze transformations.
What if I feel resistance or discomfort when looking at the fulfillment picture?
This is a common and expected reaction. It shows that the fulfillment picture touches an emotional pattern. This is where the actual transformation process begins.
How quickly do changes occur through working with fulfillment pictures?
Some people notice a change within a day, while for others the effect unfolds over weeks.
For whom are fulfillment pictures unsuitable?
People differ greatly in how they respond to fulfillment pictures and resistance may only be temporary. Most important is the willingness to engage in the process.
