Do you find it difficult to make a choice? Sometimes it is hard for us to decide because choices come with responsibility and consequences.
There are three types of choices:
- A choice between two bad options, for example, losing recognition or losing a friend.
- A choice between two incompatible good options, for example, between honor and wealth.
- An ambiguous choice, for example, a fork in the road leading to unknown places.
Establish a decision-joy routine with the AIT fulfillment picture.
Hang the AIT fulfillment picture in a place you pass frequently. Each time you notice the image, perform the fulfillment projection. First, determine which of the three types of choice you are facing. Then, imagine the two options behind the red and the blue door. These may be imaginary or real options. Let the girl (your inner child) decide which door he opens.
Repeat this exercise until it becomes easier for you to make a choice—or until you even begin to enjoy making decisions.
